SupplementTests.com has completed an independent, controlled test on X Factor by Molecular Nutrition. Here's what the test revealed:

Length of test: 46 days
Weight change: 0 lbs
Bicep change: 0”
Body fat change: +.2%
Lean body mass change: -.3 lbs
# of reps change on bench: 0% (10 reps at the beginning, 10 reps at the end)

Test subject used no other supplements, continued with normal workout routines and diet, had no weight or strength changes prior to the test, and has worked out on a regular basis for over 10 years.

Basically. I always knew that Arachidonic acid was a BS supplement. At one point I actually considered purchasing X Factor. Glad I didn't make dat move. These Product Tests are of the utmost benefit to our forum!
