i will be going into my rugby pre season training in 1 week and am unshore on which protean i should use, normaly i would go for a mass shake to bulk up for the season but ive already got the mass i need and just wont to sustain mass for naw and drop my BF a little more. so i have been looking at On gold standad which i take naw as a whey but because i will be doing lots of power training and much more fittnes i was considering PHD's synergy which is more of an all in 1 and has more carbs. let me now what you geys think
and if you think i should stay with whey what do you think of PHD's pharma whey ?, i have heard lots of good things.
