alright than you should be cutting, once you have your diet under control you can worry about supps. So lets get started you need to know your macros. The macros(nutrients needed per lb) you have to shoot for on a cut are-
- 1.5-1.8g protein
- 1-2g carbohydrates
- .2-.3g fat
So with you weighing 85KG that equals about 187.5 lbs making your macros
- Protein-281.25g-337.5g
- Carbohydrates-187.5g-375g
- Fats-37.5g-56.25g
I would go for 300-330g range for protein,make sure your hitting that number thats where a whey protein could come in such as ON
100% Whey or BSN
Syntha-6 which has 3 different proteins(slow digesting-casein and a fast digesting-whey).
For carbs stay on the lower side go for 187g-200g, but make sure you get atleast 187g. As for fats shoot for inbetween those numbers, just make sure they are healthy fats.
Also for carbs a little guide for when to eat them is-
- breakfast-25% daily carbs
- Pre Workout-20% daily carbs(complex)
- Post Workout-25% daily carbs(simple)
Some choose to spread them out more, but thats just a guide of how I do it.
