Hi,

Sorry if this topic has been covered recently, i had a look through a few pages and couldn't see anything.
I have been training for 5 years and recently i am experiencing an aching pain in my shoulders, does anyone know of a good supplement to protect against this and maybe some tips or techniques to avoid it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks..

Supplement wise glucosomine and cissus are the main two ones to help joints. Ive used cissus by usplabs and it helped me alot.

As for the injury im not the best person to speank to about it but there is many others on here who will have great advice for you.

Cissus is an old indian medicine which influences the rate of healing by early regeneration of all connective tissues. Its alot more powerful than glucosomine but not as ready available. Ive only ever seen one company selling it which is usplabs.

Hope this helps

I've heard Cissus is excellent, and if you could get a Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin, and MSM all-in-one pill as well. I got the 1300mg high-potency combination, and over three months it COMPLETELY resolved my recurring ankle-pain from power walking!! Just don't get the regular "Glucosamine" pills that some people get, this combo is researched to be the most potent approach!

It's just the generic Wal-Mart, on the bottle it says Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM. It's simply a repackaged name brand of some other company, and it sure worked for me... I've heard you can get the same stuff at Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Target, etc... just look for the 1300mg formula!

yes all walmart and target and so on stores have "generic" brands which are just a cheaper version of something else, but still works. kind of like with med there are name brands and then the cheaper generic brand.
