Hey I'm brand new here and I'll like to ask what are the top 10 supp's thats used (outside of HGH and steroids) that I can take to gain muscle and get lean. I'm 5'11 205lbs now (20% body fat) I want to either keep the weight and lower body fat and gain muscle or loose weight to about 175-180lbs and gain muscle.

EDIT: also is Tribulus good? I mean does it really work or is it just a mental thing?

i've seen whey and I have whey but I cant find casein anywhere...

and to answer your question, tribulus in conjunction with other test boosting products in that category has worked for me. some people disagree. However, it depends on your age. I wouldn't go near it if I was 15 or 16.

it is a more slow digesting protein which is good for your night shake/meal before bed, you could always use cottage cheese instead of a casein powder
