Hey guys,

i was reading up on a couple of products that are for fat loss and am quite impressed!

the 1st one is Lipodrene. it has 25mg of ephedrine group alkaloids (in the form of sida cordifolia)...and other stuff like green tea, etc. and it is taken only twice a day (i pill each), 1 hour after breakfast and 1 hour after lunch.

the 2nd one is EPH Hardcore by Black China Labs. it has 10mg of standardized ephedrine (in the form of sida cordifolio)...and also has green tea, etc. and it is taken only once a day with breakfast.

Has anyone heard of either of the two supps??? which one is best????
Im getting into a cutting cycle in about a month...got my diet down and everything now im looking for the best fat loss pill and its between these two.

the EPH I heard wasn't bad.

If your looking for a fat burner the best in the world is diet and cardio


BUT if you're looking into some sort of fat loss supp to go with your diet and cardio Lipo-6 is the best around for the money

yup got my cardio down. and im still revising my diet plan...i want it as perfect as possible...as im starting in about a month. so i just want the extra boost with a fat loss supp.

so lipo 6 is good then...havent tried it personally...

but i personally think the EPH is better long term for your money because u only take 1 or at the most two pills a day and there are 120 caps. so this would last u around 60-120 days (cycle it maybe 2 or 3 times per bottle). and the price is under $40. just an FYI...

if the EPH is more cost effective for you by all means go for it.

I'm just going off a lot of research I've done into the whole thing, and from talking to people first hand about lipo-6.

I hear EPH is great though. It's totally up to you man

like they said above, no product will get you a single digit bodyfat. solid training, nutrition, and cardio will do that. Lipo-6 works good as an addition to those though.

yes like everyone said diet and cardio, but personally i think cytolean is the best, but lipo-6 is the best for money

hey when does cardio work best for u guys? like theres debate that u should do cardio 1st thing in the morning before ur first meal...others say after ur last meal...others say "cardio is cardio whenever you do it."

So when is cardio best for you guys?

i pretty much do cardio in between 3-5pm in between my 5 and 6th meals(post and pre wo meals) but anytime of the day is fine, i think if you do it the morning you should do it again later that day since you will be taking in upwards of 2000 cal

PEA is useless unless consumed with an maoi. And if you do take an maoi (these you need a script for in the states, btw) then the last thing you want to do is take yohimbine with it.

In regards to the cardio. There are numerous studies proving fed cardio is more effective than fasted.

The best cardio for body composition is by fat HIIT. I invite you to check out the HIIT thread in the training section.

yea im goint to incorporate HIIT 4 times a week and a regular run once a week.

i was wondering, even with pills such as lipo 6, is it still not healthy to lose more than 3 lbs a week? I want to keep as much muscle as possible and this is my first cutting cycle.
