I read up on Beta alanine in Flex magazine it said that its supposed to help increase strenght and endurance. Has anyone used this product or had any experiance with it?

i would say so man, it also stops our ph from dropping because of the carnosine in it. its a great supp to get you past a plateu

and if you take it i would do a 2 week loading phase of 6g per day and than after that do 4g a day

alright im gonna get some does it matter when i should take it like before workout in the morning or after workout or before bed and should i get it in powder form if they have it or pill form?

I currently take it. Its nothing special, if you've got the spare cash then go for it but otherwise i'd save your money.

I personally take all of mine pre w/o with creatine, and it doesnt matter if its powder or pill.
