Just a very broad question what do you guys think are the best two supplements to stack for the highest increase in strength? As far as making the muscles stronger not just having more energy.

... but seriously man, strength will come from training and eating. just stick with a simple stack of whey, creatine, fish/flax oils, multi-vit/min, and casein.

Creatine is best supp, but it wont help unless you're training and eating right, those 2 play the biggest role, without proper nutrition and training no supplement in the world will help.

if you had to only limit yourself to two, those would be it. whey protein and creatine monohydrate. for those to work you need to eat eat eat, and have patience in the gym because gains dont come just from one day of working out, they come with time.

one muscletech supplement that tasted awful and made me smell but i did see a difference....was..........GAKIC. no bull****., not a hugs difference though.

Oh believe me I already do a looot of eating and eat right and train hard all that stuff. Right now I'm taking Leukic and Cell tech by MuscleTech. So I have the creatine down for sure any certain thing to look for though that you guys have had good experiences with for next month in addition to training and eating,

get a whey protein for sure man, a bsn syntha 6 which has whey and casein, or ON 100% Whey.

I actually held off on the Cell-Tech because of the sugar, but I read about it and I guess it's the perfect amount to get insulin levels to a good level.....^ Oh that's why I've had the ****s :P.
