Yeah its a great product. My only advice is to not take it on a empty stomache as the Beta-Alnine is strong. I did this once and had very unpleasant tingling sensation. Almost to uncomfortable. But taking it after I had eaten something fixed that issue.

I think it should still be taken on an empty stomach like other incomplete proteins, so that it doesnt have to compete with anything else. What you experienced was paraesthesia, and is completely common and with extended BA use that should subside. I've never had it but the ingredient profile is awsome, the only real problem i see with it is the cost, because really it would be nice to take 2-3 servings of this a day optimally.

I agree, just be careful because with me it was bad enough where I almost ended the workout. Your right though Jake within 20 min into the training session it did go away.

i had something similar, XTEND and BCAA+G 1000. it's expensive to use it properly because the does for my bodyweight is alot. i drink it during my workout and it helps we recover.
