Hi anyone got experience with Zinc as an supplement to inhibit aromatase > leading to no estrogen.
Its max daily dose is 4g- makes you vomit
But its recommendet dose to inhibition is 2x 50mg daily.

Anyone knows?

[This aromatase inhibition is good that bodybuilders that intake alot of bio-estrogens, present in soy, soyprotein.. dont make you look womanly and experience effects of estrogen body manipulation.]

by inhibiting aromatase enzymes they will than convert androgens into estrogens, so by inhibiting its not leading to no estrogen its leading to more estrogen

^^i second that zinc helps with protein synthesis and magnisium helps support zinc if you can get your hands on some ZMA or just zinc and mag by themselves

Zinc doesn't inhibit aromatase but is used in the production of testosterone. Supplementing it will help your body recover as it will be easier for it to produce test. You don't need ZMA or anything that costs over 10 dollars. Go buy a regular ass zinc supp and magnesium supp and take them before bed.
Also there is no need to take 4g - that is way too much and can lead to zinc toxicity. Which you don't want. Just take one tablet of each at night. I use the 'nature's promise' brand or whatever it is.

Hm il do a lil more research, cuz in 50mg it should ihibit aromatase effectively but seems like people don't know it , and some research has shown it boosts tumor's in the growth phase so when if appears it boosts :P.

Hmm that is really interesting. I've taken more than one nutrition class and in all the things i've read i've never heard about zinc being an AI, and yet i go and start googling things and pull up about 5 pages saying otherwise. thats very very interesting dude!
