So I've got my diet down now, eating my chicken/beef yams/taters and veggies every 3 hours and its awesome. it took me about 2 months into this semester to get it down with school and everything but its great now. So anyways, I'm gonna order me some stuff.

Gaspari's Plasmajet, or Nitrix. I think I am leaning toward the plasmajet.
controlled labs purple wraath - aminos
AST Multi-Pro 32x Multivitamin
American Sports Nutrition American Stamina Creatine Mono
and of course my Super Cissus RX because that stuff helps my joints a whole lot!

What do you guys think? Basic, yes, but i thought i'd post it up anyways.

I was thinking about later in the summer doing a Combo of Applied Nutriceutical's Drive combined with RPM or Axis-HT. Any opinions on that?

Yeah, I would go with the plasmajet, I have never heard of that creatine brand(dymatize and AST good brand) also are you taking any whey or casein. maybe add a fish oil to that

personally, i think plasmajet is overpriced. I haven't tried it, but it seems to me that 70 or so dollars is a bit pricey. Nitrix is a little less. I don't put much faith into NO

I've heard good things about purplewrath, but I am partial to Scivation Xtend. There stuff is great

Finally, I haven't heard much about Drive, but reading about it...It claims everything you can ever want. "Speed, Stamina, Endurance, Lean Growht, sexual effects" etc. Sounds like an over-hype to me. If you still want to use it, try it out and let us know.

I'm not sure if you are taking any protein, but you should be. I assume you are and didn't mention it. However, if you aren't, I recommend a Whey (ON 100% Gold Standard) and a Casein protein for nighttime as well.

Allstar: yep im taking whey. i just get it for free at my gym so i dont bother buying any. i don't have casein though, i used ON before but its expensive. we will see. i do not have any flax oil however, i tried fish oil and it made my burps taste like fish, which made me throw up. so thats out.

justlift: plasmajet is 42 bucks at *** nutrition. I had Xtend this semester and it does rock, however purple wraath rocks as well, i had it last summer, and it has all of the aminos, which i like because it consolidates my supplements.
I used drive last semester and i liked it a lot. it definitely works as advertised.

Edit - It won't let me put in D P S nutrition for some reason.

okay bro, good to know. thanks for the info

if you don't like ON casein, you need to find some sort of caseinate protein to consume before bed. Whether it be through a powder or food such as cottage cheese, it really is beneficial.

well i would look into a flax oil than since you dont like fish, Syntha-6 would be a good protein as it has both casein and whey in it

Yeah, the casein worked well when i had it. I'm in the process of finishing off a tub of Syntrax matrix 5.0 which is a protein blend. usually I just eat some steak with a scoop of that or some cottage cheese before bed.

Edit - allstar - damn you guys are replying fast. good idea, i totally forgot about syntha.
