hey guys im just wondering if someone can suggest a good mass gainer im on 100% pure why would that be the best....

RussianBear is a VERY rare weight gainer, if u can find it then go for it. It tastes like a Wendy's Frosty. It's tough to find though man.

Keep the Whey if you want. I suggest more food overall first though dude. You're only gonna gain weight with more food. haha

as they say if you cant eat you will never get big. eat eat and then eat again man you will grow like a weed. you have to eat big to get big as well as lift big.

yea i already do eat big 5/6 meals a day and 3 shakes but i figure maybe going on weight gainer might be better then protein

Eat 7-8 meals with 2 shakes it'll do ya better. Also Russianbear5000 can be special ordered at vitamin shoppe. 5000 cals per serving when used with milk

true mass by bsn taste great(straw

berry) its the best taisting protien shake i ever had, but there right food is the best thing to get big
(and plenty of rest)

true mass is great
optimum nutrition's weightgainer is a bit much to get all the nutrients you want, the servings are rediculous and will leave you full for like 5 days.
it has like 200g of good complex carbs per servings though!!! but it's just too much

i love true mass though
IMO, BEST tasting shake ever
