I think i'll start this complete cycle as soon as my summer job starts... may 24th. i'm on my feet a lot and don't have many times to "sneak away" every 2.5 or 3 hours for a minimeal, supps would really only compound this.
so from 24th of may till maybe june 24th would be good, i guess.

going off creatine as well, i just think my pumps will be better still once i get back on them all again. i remember when i first started taking creatine, long before the noexplode, i got pumps from just the creatine, but the noexplode made them like 4x as intense...
i'm not really big into supps just yet, i'm all crazy on cutting. i've been tempting to try some lipo6x, but idk, i don't know when is a proper time to start it?? i mean, is it carpe diem, any time is good??
yeah! clean, my mom will be happy not to see me cramming in all the powders... at least for a little while
