no-xplode from gnc once, but i don't think that it was 10lbs. as far as cycling is concerned it's a good idea to cycle it because you build up a resistance to the affects of caffeine over time so a break is good. as to cycling because of creatine, that myth has been disproven. no need to cycle creatine because it doesn't shut down your body's production.
