I know it does increase the size of ur veins being a vaso-dilator and all. Thing is that it also increases size of ur arteries to get more bloodflow to the muscle.

Lil science lesson for people who aren't catching on. Arteries take blood to the tissues (i.e. muscle). Veins take de-oxygenated blood away from tissues.

Therefore it does both Arteries and Veins. All it does is promote more bloodflow to and from so as to give a bigger/better pump.

THE veins do get bigger but it is the arteries that are getting extremely large because there is more pressure when blood is going to the muscles than when blood is being taken out of the muscles. Thus the pump is created.

i got a bigger tub of no-xplode from gnc once, but i don't think that it was 10lbs. as far as cycling is concerned it's a good idea to cycle it because you build up a resistance to the affects of caffeine over time so a break is good. as to cycling because of creatine, that myth has been disproven. no need to cycle creatine because it doesn't shut down your body's production.

this may or may not be the article. t-nation is blocked by my school now so i can't actually read the article anymore. they should cite a study to back up their claims otherwise it's not the article. let me know either way.

I have read in Men's Health that studies conducted showed that your bodies' natural creatine production stops after just several days of using it. But it also showed that natural production started within a week of getting off the stuff. Basically as long as you ingest artificial creatine your body will not produce it, so as far as I see cycling is not really needed. Of course you load and then take maintenance amounts after that. I will go back and re-read the section just to make sure but I believe that is the case.
