O.N. NitroCore 24

JNB NPC Heavyweight Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Milwaukee Posts: 431 Rep Power: 24	I was just skimming the internet and I wound up stopping at Optimum Nutrition's website. Apparently they came out with some new protein blend called NitroCore 24. From what its advertising it looks comparable to BSN's Syntha 6 (24 hour/A.M. & P.M. coverage). Any thoughts on it? Anyone try it?

Shwitt88 NPC Middleweight Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: NC Posts: 169 Rep Power: 5	some people like casein protein mix, others dont. i used to use it but it got expensive so i just eat cottage cheese now before i go to bed, it keeps me more full feeling too. as far as nitrocore, ive heard of it, it sounds like sytha-6 though ive never tried it so i cant tell you that much about it...
