Here are the ingredients for Aplodan.

Aplodan™ 1010.00 mg
2-(carbamimidoyl-methyl-amino)ethoxyphosphonic acid
12-dithiolane-3-pentanoic acid

You may already know it, but these two ingredients are only creatine and alpha lipoic acid, respectively. What I would like to know is what amount of each is in the capsule. In the very least I'd like to figure out what amount of ALA would be most beneficial to take with creatine as a cheaper but equally effective supplement. Anyone have any experience with ALA?

considering as it plays a big role in Aerobic Metabolism, I dunno how I feel about it unless it was used for some sort of cardio.

I'd lose the Aplodan altogether though because it's overpriced

I wasn't considering using actually Aplodan. I'm looking into the idea of "making" my own by just taking the ALA with creatine.

well really, u need to know the certain dosages of ALA in the serviing sizes. if the pill is a certain weight, and the ALA is a certain weight per pill, that's what you'd have to use to get the same results.

Zack, do you mean the ALA plays a big role in aerobic metabolism? Not the creatine, because that doesn't.

Try emailing them and asking how much of each ingredient is in each serving.

P.s. zack - pitbulls are great. my roommate has one and shes the sweetest dog ever.

thanks about the pitbull comment :)

and I did mean the ALA. if you look it up it plays a decent role in aerobic metabolism.

It seems like it's a good drug/supp, but the only thing is I wouldn't worry too much about aerobic metabolism unless I was cutting.
