Hey everyone, Just curious about a creatine cycle. I just started taking about 2 weeks ago. I loaded on the first week and now maintaining. How long do you maintain befor you take a break, and how long of a break?

Thanks

i like to cycle mine for 4 on and then atleast 4 off just to give my receptors a break and not get used to it. many people just stay on but definently give ur self a break here and there to not get used to it and not be affected in the future.

i usually run 3 months on and 1 month off...seeing what has been posted above now i'm wondering if one month off is enough for my receptors to not get used to the creatine????

just from my experience when i run it too long i get used to it and need a long break. i had to switch to cee and cr5 for a while then back to mono cause i got to used to mono when i didnt take enough breaks. but everyone is different bro some dont get used to it and others like myself do.

"4 on, 4 off" do you mean weeks or months?

the loading phase on my creatine instructions says take 4 times daily for so many days then afterwards one after workout daily to maintain benefits..if I take it for four weeks then take four weeks off do i just continue with taking it once after the workout when I start again after the weeks off?

if you want you can start taking normal dosages after your time off but i like to reload as to get the effects faster. its more of a personal choice than anything.
