as you may or may not know...im on Testante 50 and am starting on my 3rd week of this stuff....i can honestly say I love the stuff.

started 166 lbs, now 180 lbs. SOLID diet, solid training!

now for the PROBLEM...i just sprained my ankle today attempting to do a backflip while playing Capoeira! so im bummed...no more squats...no more leg presses, deadlifts, etc.

what do you guys think? should I just stop taking the stuff right now and go to PCT or should I keep training and just do upper body? this sucks!

Thats a tough call bro that I think your going to have to make. If it wa me I would have to stop because I perform a lot of powerlifting movements but it depends on your style of training and if you are able to work around th =e injury.

Not sure how bad your injury is but you can try and Pulse cycle it. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks PCT and then 2 weeks back on. Just a thought but I really dont know much about pulse cycling. Get with Jake vendetta. Im sure he know a little about pulse cycling. If you do that make sure you log it because I dont think anyone has pulsed testenate50 yet. At least from reading the logs. Just a thought. lol

So how bad is the injury?

yeah ill definately look into the pulse cycle...thanks for the heads up

the injury isnt too bad...i can rotate my ankle alright and put most of my weight on it, i just cant go faster than walking (if that makes sense)...and its swollen on the area near the ankle...not the actual ankle...

it should be better within two weeks but no heavy lifting for about 3 to 4.

thanks for everything orbit...btw arent u cycling right now? how is that going?

Im coming off of Havoc. Havoc was pretty nice. To me it was much different than Epistane. Superdrol like gains with less sides. Im starting PCT this week.

sucks to hear about ur ankle bro...looks like you made some badass gains though. for pulse cycling over at AM.com they have a good guide to pulseing..i dont post there but have read it before i signed up here. check it out bro. best of luck with your ankle.
