yeah ill definately look into the pulse cycle...thanks for the heads up
the injury isnt too bad...i can rotate my ankle alright and put most of my weight on it, i just cant go faster than walking (if that makes sense)...and its swollen on the area near the ankle...not the actual ankle...
it should be better within two weeks but no heavy lifting for about 3 to 4.
