im 19 5'7 n 165lbs, last year was my first year competeing n i did 2 shows, im doin another show in july n i cut real quick so i dnt need 2 cut for too long so i juss wanted sumthin 2 finish off my bullk nice n strong

at 19 ur too young IMO to be taking a prohormone...u should wait till ur at least 22, 23.

True that. I didnt know you were 19 either. It would be a bad idea. Ecspecialy that compound. Your body is still maturing and hormones are crazy. This can permenently do some damage.

listen to orbit man. just eat a **** load of clean of food and lift a lot and you should bulk just fine. at 19 your test is still through the roof so screwing with a proh like that would f u up man.

Yeah dude listen to these guys. In the world of prohormones and steriods, knowledge is power. Knowledge is also what keeps you from getting man boobs. Wait a few years and do some more research on PCT and whatnot before you use PHs.

especially if you dont know what pct is dont even conisder taking a proh or anything else until you have done a ton of research and have a good pct lined up first and have grown for a couple of years and reached close to your natural maximum potential.

i used Testanate 50 a little longer than a month ago and i think it's a great product!!!! but like said above you need proper diet and PCT....***also wouldn't recommend you using a pro-h at your age, should wait til at least 24-25***

at your age i would just stick to a BULK diet with 1x - 1.5x your weight in grams of protein

40/40/20

40% Carbs
40% Protein
20% Fats
