IDS V-50 Side Effects?

I am 27 yo, 6', 185lbs and am considering trying IDS V50 to help with cutting. I'm trying to find out if there are any side effects I need to watch out for or if there's anything I should be taking along with it to maintain good health. I haven't had much luck finding information on this product, so I'm hoping someone's got some information for me.
