I know this has probably been posted or asked before. Is it ok to take creatine during a cut phase or diet? Does it make you gain water weight? or gain other than muscle weight? I cycled off of it last month and I am still trying to cut another 4-5 points off my fat %. Thanks for any advice.

You can take it during a cut or diet, keep drinkin your daily gallon of water..Continue to workout and keep track of your calories.

hmmmmm i had the same idea tn, when i started my cut i stopped my use of creatine because of the water retention......but now i think i might start it back up thanks chris

yeah u can still use your creatine like chris said...it only makes you retain a little bit of water that you eventually piss out anyways. good luck bro.

Grats on the burn you will have a blast. Be sure and take a bunch of pics and keep em in a scrap book. Ive been full time for 10 years now. I spent a few weeks at the Nat. Fire Academy in Emmitsburg about 3 years ago. I loved seeing the Fallen Firefighters Memorial, thats a very sobering thing to see. I got your email addy and I will shoot you some pics of our rigs.
