you should look at adding some fish-oils if you don't get in a lot of fish. It'll make sure that you get in an adequate amount of good fats (mono and polyunsaturated fats) in your diet.

flax seed oil is better than fish oil and add some gluetmine in there

why is flax better? from everything I heard Fish is better because of the fact that flax can raise estrogen a lil bit. I could be wrong though. I heard that on here a while back.

I know that with flax seed oil there is no need for the fish oil

You Could get them in soft gels like i have.

Yeah, Zir said some tests have shown that extrogen levels have slightly been raised. I dont think Flax is better than FIsh, i take both but according to Zir, you get enough Omega 6 from foods than you do Omega 3s. He also mentioned that you should have more omega 3 then omega 6. 4:1 ratio i beleive.

take in a good amount of both fish oils and flax to see best results. If you take in about 6oz of salmon a day u don't need the fish oils though
