Do you guys take this supplement year round or just when using oral anabolics (PH or Steroid)? Also, i've heard that it can actually detract from the effectivness of orals? Also, how much would be an effective daily dosage, if say one wasn't running an oral cycle but rather just interested in general health? The only thing i'm currently taking that falls into this oral anabolic catagory is Jungle Warfare, Trib, DHEA, and ECDY. Would Milk Thistle then be a good idea, or am I ok?

I do however take 50 mg of NAC E/D, if that could work as a substitute...

Milk thistle is a good supplement for liver function and detoxification. If you follow a bodybuilders diet it is unusual to have fatty liver etc. Using milk thistle all year round wont hurt you it will just keep your liver smiling. Using Milk thistle during AAS use is important for protection of the liver. It is important to protect your liver. 200-400mg of silymarin which is the found in milk thistle and protects your liver should be taken.
