Just don't do over 25mg of ephedrine, or you'll be asking for trouble. Most people can't even tolerate that much. First try one dose a day, 16mg of ephedrine, 200mg of caffeine and the lowest dose of aspirin you can find, I think 81mg is the lowest. I've seen many articles linking aspirin with various stomach problems, such as ulcers, if taken too often. There are substitutes to the aspirin, but I believe they are much more expensive. Do your research well, ECA stack can be dangerous, especially if you have a heart condition of some kind.
In the long run, never ever exceed 3 doses a day and don't take it after 5:00-6:00ish or you won't be able to sleep. And lots of water is key. Last thing, do a 6 week cycle to prevent your body from getting used to it, and make sure to take other supplements like multivitamins, amino acids. If you want, you can also add CLA to every meal (3 a day) That's basically what I'm doing and I'm getting really outstanding results that no other supplement/diet/exercise regime has ever given me before
