I've been using my 5 lb tub of ASN creatine for 3 months now, I'm almost done with it. I have some older [maybe 4 months old] creatine monohydrate in pill form, sealed up in bottles. I don't recall the brand but I know it is monohydrate, the plain stuff. I'm just wondering if there's any difference between pills or powder... I assume it's the same stuff??
Also, if I take 1 teaspoon of creatine, that'd be like 5 or 6 pills. I'm wondering if I should crack the pills open and get the powder that way because I swallow a lot of pills already throughout my day and 5-6 more isn't all that appealing. I don't mind breaking em' all, I have plenty of time when all my classes and assignments are done with, weekend free time, etc.
