(I´ve made a search and didn´t find the answer for my question.)

I will do the typical creatine cycle for one month:

Week 1: 5 grams x 4 times a day (loading phase)
Weeks 2-4: 5 grams preworkout (maintenance phase)

I´ve taken creatine many times, but never took it with taurine.
Several people told me to consume 1 gram of taurine per 5 grams of creatine. I´ll do that.

MY QUESTION:

During the loading phase (5 g of creatine four times a day), do I also have to take 1 g of taurine for each serving of 5 g of creatine (so that I would be taking 4 g of taurine a day)?

Or I only have to take 1 g of taurine for all the day, despite the fact that I´m taking 5 g of creatine four times the day?

Thanks in advance for your answers!!

During your maintenance stage consume 5-10 g of creatine post workout, not pre. No, taurine is not necessary.
