Some people are really sensitive to it, other not. Myself, the first time I took 1/2 a cup, next time 2, now I'm doing 3 and my body is used to it. I remember I got the shakes real bad on the 1/2 cup but now my body has a tolerance to it. Keep with it and the pump are crazy, 3 scoops is the way to go. Just don't think about it, mix it up [I use 6 oz water for my 3 scoops] with a spoon and slurp. Don't think about puking or anything, just do it 5 mins before workout. I find that it works immediately for me, 4-5 mins after I drink it. Waiting 15 mins like the bottle says is way too long for me, personally.
When I first bought it the woman manager said I would feel something out of it, raised eyebrows. She also suggested after I was done with the tub and perhaps looking for more pump, I should try noshotgun, which is supposed to be more intense. I think I'll get some of that after the
noexplode runs out.
