Hey guys, Im 20 years old turnning 21 in a few months. Been workin out for about 2 years now and was thinking of taking a test booster. I have read that test boosters like novedex xt are not good for anyone younger than 25. I was wondering what would be a good test booster for me. Im looking to gain some more size and get leaner.

Test boosters don't really help all that much, but if ur going to try it then try something with Tribulus (I know I'm going to hear from Jake on this one cuz he has studies that shows it doesn't work, but at least give it a shot and see what happens for you) or take Axis-HT.

That's the best I have for you at the moment man.

i have taken test boosters and they help a little bit...nothing like gear or ph's. at 20 man ur test should still be high and as far as getting lean just tune up your diet and work the hell out of yourself. thats my two cents.

i know every one has their two cents or what not .. but what i've found not that i'm some expert but i've tried pretty much about every supplement you can think of and then some but test boosters don't really work that well (the best results i got was stacking chlorodrol 50 and super mastervol and even that was pretty dismal compared obviously to a decent gear cycle) .. don't waste your money they're better for PCT or maybe trying to maintain but like other people have already said you're twenty .. you really don't need to be messing with ur test right now .. and also in my opinion there's no short cut to busting your ass and being intense with every set and consistently consuming enough protein and natural sleep .. try that and see if you dont get what you're looking for

haha... your probably right, but if it helps you then fine. Just be aware that its supposed use as a test "booster" has been disproven.

The best test booster is improving your diet, rest and training for the most part. I had good results with Drive, so maybe you could stack that with axis-ht and see how that works. Otherwise just tune your diet and you'll be good.

Androbolix for me adds great quality lean muscle. Strength goes up like a course of winstrol or equipoise using Androbolix. Fat loss is extremely noticable. And the libido and energy surges are like being on happy pills 24/7.

Whereas Test Drive, I found I gained a little strength, a little aggression and energy. Not massive gains. But I did feel incredibly pumped up all of the time, like a very decent creatine almost, only all day long. I did like this, however, this ceased upon ending the cycle of the Test Drive as you can imagine, leaving little long lasting results.

I also found that the Test Drive seemed to be stronger the first time I used, and weaker on subsequent uses.

Several studies out there now suggest that foods like broccoli, cabbage, and collard greens will support test production and help to inhibit test conversion. Last recommendation I saw was at least 2 to 3 servings a day.

At 20 you are still an adolescent (physiologically) so test boosters wont do you much good because your output is already near its natural max. Best thing to support your test levels is to inhibit its conversion into estrogen (and here comes the broken record part) which you can do that by proper diet and lots of hard/heavy training.

Probably not what you want to hear, but I hope it helps.

Male Test starts to level off around 22-23, then starts to slowly decline. Still huge amounts in the early twenties, I would say middle age men would benefit from a test booster more than anyone, only if they suffer from real low test levels. I find it a waste, and honestly some could screw up your natural levels. It's a last attempt from supp companies since the pro-hormone ban. I would never waste my money on them.

if you were asking about pro-hormones or steroids, i'd wouldn't say what i'm about to say.

you don't need a test booster. your testoserone should be very close to if not at its peak.
