Anyone tried Hydroxycut Hardcore?

I just got some and feel the hyper heartbeat but also have a tough time getting a deep breath. Maybe it is the Hydroxycut or not. I also injured my chest/shoulder so have a little pain w/ deep breaths which will go away when the shoulder heals.


Anyone else tried it? What was your reaction? and BTW - did it work for you? Loose weight and or BF?

I had got a bottle of it about a year ago, I took it for a couple weeks and I got a lot of energy from it I really liked the feeling, and I probably lost 4 lbs or 5 lbs over the 2-3 weeks, but that was while doing cardio and being on a good diet. So overall i guess its not bad.. but VERY pricey

doing cardio and having a good diet is what did it for you

the Hydroxycut is too much money for what you get.

Try something like Lipo6x or something.

Just get your diet tuned in first. Supplements are supplemental to your diet

I Agree with Zack^^^

Hydroxycut Hardcore did work for me though but you have to be careful, When I moved up to 3 capsules and then ate as directed I threw up and was sick for the whole night. Lipo 6 is awarding winning.

Ya i know the cardio and diet was what did most of the work but hrdroxycut did give you alot more energy

( ahem ) Lipo6 did nothing for me. I decided a good healthy dose of Cardo and a controlled diet was the gig for me. That's just me, it may work for you thou.. best of luck..

Cardio and diet is the #1 key to losing weight..hydroxycut or any other fat loss supp wont do anything with out a good diet..and for half the people the supplement worked for was probably because of their newfound diet

Hey Guys- Thanks for the feedback. I am skeptical of the "magic" supps as well but figured I 'd give it a shot for a coupla weeks. I send the notion that it's all tied into diet & cardio - 2 things I do well in moderation - but now I'm trying to go extreme to get BF down as low as humanly possible (that is for me!) which would be arounf 10%.

I know it has a lot of caffine in it - (like 3 cups of coffee!) did you guys find that it helped with your work out or just made your heart race?

It helped with my workout just for the fact you had so much energy, but as for concentration it was horrible
