Ok, first off thanks for looking at the thread. I'll make a long story short. About a year ago I weighed 327 pounds and I am 6'2. I went to a weight loss program and went down to 265 from Middle Oct to End Jan. Needless to say it was a low calorie diet. I think it was actually 980 a day. Well after that My wife became pregnant, go figure and then i ate like she did and now I am back to 300 pounds. I just recently started back in the gym and doing a little cardio. I also started taking Xtreme Tren a muscle enhancer. Since I started in the gym and the pills i gained 8 pounds.
I need a little help on what I should do next. I know I need to watch my diet first off. Is there any supplements or pills that can help with weight loss? Anything would be appreciated. Thank you.
