Anyone ever used this stuff? I have a little jug of it lying around, I'm wondering if I should use it when I get back to lifting.

It's an NO booster with 3 different types of creatine mixed in, Kre-Alkalyn, Creatine ethyl ester and tricreatine malate.

I think it's been opened for 8-10 months now, I completely forgot I had it, it looks and smells okay - just a little clumpy, the expiry date is 03/10, so it should be aright for sure, eh?

Anybody used this and saw any improvement?

I used it twice or thrice in the summer, don't remember it having much of an effect during workout except my arms getting really bloated, and me being incredibly dehydrated despite drinking tons of water... I didn't feel much of a 'pump' when lifting, but afterwards the muscle bloating/swelling was noticeably more than usual.

if you don't feel much with it and it doesn't help you, then just throw it away or give it to one of ur friends

that's what ive always figured them to mean

yeah, it says 03/07 on the left and 03/10 on the right, so I'm assuming that it was packaged on March 2007 and it's good until March 2010

wouldn't make sense if it was only good for 3 days

what I was worried about was whether or not that's an actual expiry date, or whether that's a sealed shelf-life. I've had this thing open for 8-10 months already, and it's really only 1 month's worth of servings, I think it should be alright though,

I tried some yesterday and I didn't vomit or anything (I didn't lift or anything though) but anyway, we'll see what happens once I start lifting again, I'll report back once I do so

all nitric oxide products you want too take a serving a day or two prior to your lifting workout to asses your tolerance. it was good that you did that.
