from what i have heard this product is ****. what is your goal? bulking or cutting? how does your diet look? if your diet isnt in check you wont get the results you want from any supp. for example i have really fine tuned my diet and the results are awesome....i am growing like crazy, feel way better and my workouts have gotten more hardcore. just my two cents bro.

Endothil is a offshoot of research directed to help victims of muscle atrophy. If you have that go for it. Other then that you have to work your muscles so beyond failure its not even funny. Reason being with muscular atrophy its hard to gain muscle because it is constantly being broken down. I'd go with something else imo
