is the halodrol the original or the new halodrol 50? if its the old halodrol which i dont think you could get in the states you need a serm for PCT. also how does your diet look...tune that in first before you jump into test boosters and pro h's. just my two cents bro.

I'm going to assume that the halo is the liqui gels and that shits a waste of money.... Heres my cookie cut answer to supplements, if your going to spend descent money on this shit might as well get products that work.

During workout or Post workout and on Non-workout days:
Creatine Mono 5g's (preload at 20gs for a week)
WMS 40-50gs (chalky texture, if you cant handle the texture go for some maltodextrin or dextrose)
BCAA's 20-30 g's *if you can afford it, if not 20-30g's of whey would work*

Through out the day:
Beta Alanine 2g's 3xED *give this a few months run before discrediting it*
BCAA's *at times of fasting or long periods of activity, if money is an issue could use Leucine*

MRP *if your need it, of course whole food would be best*:
3/4 cup ground oats
20 g's Egg Protein or Gemma Protein (tastes like shit but can be covered up in various ways)

Everyday Supplements:
Multi Vitamin (depending on how your diet is)
Fish Oil ~3gs

Simple and affective buy everything in bulk you'd be amazed at how much money you will end up saving. These are supplements... just make sure that, thats all they are doing... suplementing... dont use them as a cruch.

You would pick Mono over Kre-Alkalyn? If you have used Kre what is reason for Mono over it?

I have been taking Beta-Alanine for 2 weeks now with meals haven't really noticed anything other then the tingle side effects you get for a few minutes. Why does it take months to work?

i choose mono over kre because of cost effeciency.... lol i'm always trying to be as effecient as possible.
Beta-Alanine. The Facts.
Heres a quote from the site:
Researchers have shown that when supplementing with beta-alanine for just 4 weeks, we can increase our carnosine concentration by 42-65%. Longer beta-alanine studies going up to 10-12 weeks, show carnosine concentrations increased up to 80%. This is a tremendous increase in an already powerful intracellular buffer. It is this large increase in buffering capacity within our muscles that is largely responsible for the strength, lean body mass, power and muscular endurance gains that researchers are seeing from beta-alanine studies

i guess cheap is kind of dependant on the person 180 caps for 21 dollars... versus 15 dollars for a kilogram of mono from our board sponser nutraplanet.com, guess it depends on what your willing to spend.
