So, I recently bought MHP's Probolic-Sr for before bedtime, instead of my Casein. Which do you guys think is better for a pre-bedtime shake?

There both pretty good. I use Optimum Nutrition myself.

the optimum nutrition is really good it helps alot with the hunger at night. i am really impressed with the ON casein.

I have been able to lose body fat off of ON Casein.

I started taking ON Casein last week, and it tastes good, and well . . it's protein, what else can you say.

Also, stuff that overmarkets itself turns me off. Not that Probolic isn't what it says it is, even the name turns me off a bit.

agreed probolic didnt taste good, didnt mix very well for me, and didnt recieve any gains. go ON
