stack a.

personally, those are all expensive and over hyped. all you really need is a good solid whey protein (ON Gold Standard), some creatine mono, bcaa's, multivit, and casein

In my experience, both give you the effect of putting on size but when off them your body will deplete in size because both make you gain water weight. Pumps are great for looking in the mirror but are not a true representation of your natural state and gains. I was hyped on all these products until very recently.

Supplements are scientific as they react very differently to each of us. Unfortunately it takes a lot of time and money to discover what will truly work for you. In addition, genetics and diet play the most crucial role.

Alias, what are your goals, Age, Height, Weight and a few lifting stats? Once known you can match them up with many here in the Dungeon. Then you can achieve the best advice against what works well for others in your situation.

supps are supplementary for a reason man.

gotta do what's best for you, but gotta keep that diet tuned in first.

Without a diet that's almost dead ass perfect, ur just wasting ur money and ur time

my stats are im
25yrs old, 6'6 and currently 95kg. my bench average is 100kg for about 8-10 reps i can squat 180kg for 10-12 reps. I usually do 4 sets and total of about 12-14 working
sets per body part.
Dead lift not sure dont really do that exersize but i use about 160-180 for my shrugs. I play sport so my cardio is right up there. When i first started training 10months ago i was about 82-84kg i quickly reached 100kg and football season started so i am trying to juggle that with my weights and its difficult i wont lie. i dropped 4-5kg since start of season 10weeks ago. I use a weight gainer protein and a creatine mono pwo. As well as eating like i want to be a sumo everything i could get my hands on, i am what you refer to as a hard gainer. I am aware that it will be almost impossable to bulk mass during season so i have had to re-approach my goals, as i do not want to lose the size and strength i have worked so hard for. My goal now, is to be by the end of my football season in about 5-6months time stronger, alot fitter, noticably bigger and ripped with like 10% BF or less and still keeping around the 95-100kg body weight. I have altered my diet slightly by increasing my carb and portein intake to replenish my system before during and after training. My weight training is still much the same but instead of the 5 day program i was on before season i now train only 3 days with football games and training taking the other time as well as much needed rest time. I am still using heavy weights in form and keeping the 8-12 rep x 4 set to keep building strength. I feel that i have hit a Y in the road and need to take the right turn towards my goal or i will end up back tracking(if you know what i mean). I also feel that with such a heavy training schedule there is something else needed to help my body along towards my goals and recovery especially. I cant think of much else to say, so i look forward to hearing some informative responses.
Any and all advice will be very much appreciated.
