Alright as all of you know a lot of GNC's products are overpriced and the only reason people buy them is because of the marketing that they do when they really aren't that great of products such as MuscleTech for example. well I work at GNC so I really don't have much info on supplements outside of there and it sucks cuz I know there are other great products that GNC doesn't sell and I don't know anything about them. I guess I'm just tired of paying for over priced products that really aren't as good as some of the products you can buy online. I was just wanted you guys to let me know some good creatine products that I could get online instead of paying a ton of money for a product that isn't really that great.

super tuesday hasn't existed in well over a year, its the first week of the month now. most of the time its the first ten days. employee discount is 30% off. also check expirations on products. anything 9 months out starts getting marked down. i work at gnc too and i always get stuff for rediculously cheap. i just bought tru mass for $8 because it expires in two months. just know your products and you can always get a good deal.

Vitamin Shoppe is way less then GNC but GNC price matches. I bought some ON Casein from there and they wanted $45 for 2 lbs!. I had them call and match Vitamin Shoppe's price and I got it for $30.00.

Yeah I do get 30% off, but I just didn't know if there were other good creatine supps that GNC doesn't sell. I've always heard that creatine monohydrate isn't really that good for you.....maybe that's not true but just what I've heard. and where can I get this maltodextrin?

maltodextrin is a simple carb which most people use PWO. You can buy it in probably most supp stores and its dirt cheap. If you're gonna get the creatine, stick the ordinary mono, look for a pharmaceutical grade or the creapure logo.. it shows that its probably the purest

Look into Kre-Alkalyn.

Kre-Alkalyn is "buffered creatine" that does not convert into creatinine prior to reaching skeletal muscle tissue. Kre-Alkalyn is a nutritional supplement that comes in capsule form. Kre-Alkalyn is believed to have the benefits of regular creatine, without the associated side-effects of creatine monohydrate use. The efficacy and safety of creatine monohydrate is well established in scientific literature and thus Kre-Alaklyn is believed to have the same ergogenic abilities and safety profile. Manufacturer product information states that Kre-Alkalyn is processed at a higher PH level than regular creatine monohydrate. It is believed that the conversion of creatine to creatinine is a function of PH level and that conversion of creatine into the waste product creatinine can be halted by PH level manipulation during the manufacture process. Slowing or stopping the conversion of creatine to creatinine may help the body absorb more creatine, thus lowering the dosages required for beneficial results. This can result in an economic savings for the consumer as less creatine will be required for the same results. Anecdotal evidence for Kre-Alkalyn has been mostly positive. Many users report a decrease in water retention and the elimination of the infamous "creatine bloat." Many users also report immediate results and the elimination of the "loading" phase normally required for regular creatine monohydrate use. Bodybuilding.com - Clayton South - Clayton's Health Facts: Kre-Alkalyn.

Research now shows that creatinine is the actual cause of all the side effects associated with creatine use… NOT creatine itself. This is what causes bloating. The fact that creatine is so unstable.

Kre-Alkalyn is a no load, no cycle, no side effect creatine that gives you immediate results and saves you money. I got great results without the bloating and water weight gain. In addition I spent 1/2 the cost compared to the top creatines out there like Cellmass, Sizeon and Cell Tech.

Top Seller and highly recommended here on the forums: SCI FIT Kre-Alkalyn 1500
