Don't focus on supplementation! The most common pre-workout supplements are nitric oxides, which you don't need right now. Pre workout carbs! Whole wheat bread, pastas, brown rices, etc. Until you develop a diet, no supplement will work to its fullest extent.
What does your current diet look like? If you don't have a diet sorted out don't even think about supps bud, that's why they're called supplements, they supplement your diet.. listen to KM he knows his shit, nutrition guru right there.
yeah truely, KM knows what he is talking about man, if there was something to take that was worth while he, along with others, would tell you, but honestly he IS giving you the best advice, take it or leave it, but stop asking if you are not going to listen to it.
Thanks guys. I've told him to stop thinking supplements, but once it's in their heads (youth's, usually kids) they don't want any opinions. I feel, like THG said, this is a dead thread until you throw a diet up here.
there is no "best" everyone responds different to supplementation. however like stated above supplements dont do shit without a proper diet. they are made to supplement your diet not become it.
