Hello Guys I have recently started to add some supplements to my stack as my diet is very good and I believe adding supplements will maximize my muscle growth but would like a second opinion or advise for improvements with what im using,

Met-rx Vits and minerals
Biorhythm's Kre-Alkalyn Creatine (capulsed creatine - advanced)
Biorhythm's Androbolix (testosterone boost)
N-Large 2 Mass Gainer (chocolate flavour)
Preworkout energy - Biorhythms Arnge Krush
Post workout - Reflex BCAA's (amino acids)
CNP- Pro Fuel (Complex Carbs)

What you think guys or any questions you want to ask about the products I use.

Hit me back!

u want a casein protein for overnight to keep you anabolic.

you also want to take the mass gainer/whey or w/e you have post-workout to start up the protein synthesis

thanks for the tip, do the BCAA's not do this then? I want to stay anabolic overnight so I have the protrein before I go to bed, apparantly you shouldnt mix protein with arnge krush thats why I stopped taking immediately after workout and just have the aminos instead

Add CNP Profesional (Dorian Yates Approved if you order from here) ProPeptide and add it as your night time Protein. This should be your most important protein (anti-catabolic). No use in all that hard work just to lose it over night.

agree with zack with the casein.. its a slower digesting protein to keep you going through your sleep.. most protein shakes with have small amounts of BCAAs in them but you defo need simple carbs w/protein PWO, im not sure if the n-large is simple carbs but you could use it pwo.

MHP Probolic-SR is a really good protein for over night, 12 hour release so that you get the nutrients you need and not lose what you work hard for as stated above. Also, how old are you, I ask because you stated you were taking a test booster.

How long has he (thread creator, lol) been working out?

I think you meant neurological gains due to the bodies change of motor units while increasing muscle efficiency. This usually begins to low down after a good 6 or so months of progressive resistance/weight training. Muscle memory really wouldn't fit in here either unless he's beginning again, can't tell if he is or not, might have missed it.

Just though I'd through that in there.

I'm 18 years of age and been working out for about 4 months, im 6'1 and weight 11'8lbs, my aim is to be 13st, the test booster is more of a maintainance supplement, doesnt really create more test but maintains it. Tbh it makes me more focused and sex drive is through the roof, Pro-fuel accounts for my complex carbs...
