So I have plenty of natural food, I think, see my log. But I do have a lot of supps, pills and powders.

I take:

Pills --
CLA
Multivitamin
Omega 369
Green Tea caffeine
Cellucor R3 Extreme muscle growth

Powders --
Casein
ON Whey
NoExplode

Creatine -- [currently taking a week off]
American Sports Nutrition Creatine

and I'm thinking of getting some Lipo 6x for cutting...

I mean, is this the life of a BBer... tons of pills and powders? I know I can't compare myself to pros, but I consider this a lot.

i think the mutli vit and omega is good enough for pills.. but everything else is ok to me

i take 6 different kinds of pills but all of them are vitamins. but looking at yours i think you are good.

I dont know what the exteme muslce sutff is like and without the lipo looks not to bad at all. if you feel like you dont want or need this stuff then dont take it. your 23 your hormones levels are in there prime. i would stick to everything you have except lipo and muscle extreme if you feel like your taking to much. when I have tried fat burners they made me feel really gross. so for me I dont care. Id rather feel normal and healthy and have a layer of chub then feel druged out and greasy but cut.

looks good to me, the best critic you can ask is your body, if it feels good, then thats great, but if something doesn't feel right, get rid of it. Just like everyone said, you will be able to tell if something is good or bad for you.
