Powders -- Casein ON Whey NoExplode Creatine -- [currently taking a week off]
American Sports Nutrition Creatine
and I'm thinking of getting some Lipo 6x for cutting...
I mean, is this the life of a BBer... tons of pills and powders? I know I can't compare myself to pros, but I consider this a lot.
