Creatine monohydrate and Whey Protein, a good multi-vit, and a joint supplement. Probs start with the creatine and whey tbh.

ronnies got u covered, but u dont need the joint supplement. just a good whey protein(optiumum nutritions 100%whey), creatine monohydrate,a good casein(slow digesting protein for night time) and BCAAs(branch chain amino acids) and this along with a good diet will get u there.

whey, casein, and a good multi is a start. build your diet first and once you got that covered move on from there. 6 ft as a freshman @ 150 is a good size, basketball player? what are your lifting goals?

get your diet tuned in before anything

diet is first, training second, supplements third

I'm telling you guys, every high-schooler is obsessed with some time of substance to throw in your body. Get a protein, that's it.

Start to bring up your diet, so now that we're on the subject, pleas post your current diet. If you don't have one, these supplements should do no good. If you need help feel free to PM any of us or ask some questions

Unless you have your diet straight supplements will do you no good.

If you have the diet and you put in the time you then need your rest.

All that aside get yourself a casein or complex, multi vit, and whey in that order.

Recomendations-
CNP Profesional (or Dorian Yates Approved) Propeptide for your complex.
Syntrax Nectar or Ergopharm GF Pro v2 for whey.
Universal Animal Pak or Controlled Labs Orange Triad for a multi. However I ask my doctor to prescribe me Cefol (a B-complex with C) to save money and supplement with ZMA at night.

everyone covered it, zack and km said it really well, diet first and foremost, there is no wonder supplement that will make you big or help you get big real fast. Diet, train hard and you will see results, remember supplements are to supplement your diet not replace it or anything else.
