BBing is all about patients. I agree with Zack too, your diet is the MOST, i repeat MOST important aspect of BBing, without it your wasting time. I also agree with KM, MT=waste of money, there are other things out there that are a better bang for your buck, but honestly if your just starting I wouldn't even bother with a fat burner or anything, just make sure your diet is solid and DO CARDIO! If you do that you WILL see the results and lose the stomach, just make sure that your getting about 1.5-2g protein per pound you weigh and about 2-3g carbs per pound you weigh, now since you said you are looking to lose some fat be conscious of when you take in your carbs, get 95% of your carbs in before 3pm and the rest of your daily carbs should come from fiberous veggies, no fruits or wheat product even if they are a complex carbs. Make sure you get at least 50g carbs in the morning with your breakfast along with at least 40-50g protein as well, since you are coming out of starvation essentially, sleep, you need to get nutrients into your system ASAP and a lot of them to help get you going. Also, the importance of a good post workout shake is one to keep in mind as well, here you want fast digesting AND slow digesting protein in your shake, so you can do something like 2 scoops whey protein mixed in skim milk, the skim milk will act as your slow digesting protein, but the whey will do its job and get into the muscles faster. Also, this is the ONLY time of the day where you are going to want to take in fast (simple) carbs, because the body is in protein synthesis, it is absorbing all the nutrients it can into the muscles you just broke down, make sure to get this shake in within 30 minutes of finishing your workout. As just mentioned, your carbs throughout the day, with the exception of the postworkout shake, should be complex carbs, so brown rices, whole wheat bread, etc... Follow this and you should find yourself in a very happy place! Enjoy!

And welcome to the Dungeon!
