I got it. It says take one a day but I wanted to know how many you take or if I should take more than 1. And I also wanted to know when I should take it???
i generally take around 2-3g preworkout and 2-3gs post. and on non workout days i'll take it with breakfeast and lunch before the meal. you can take relatively high doses and be safe.

It helps with anxiety, its an antioxidant, helps prevent liver damage (such as that caused by methylated oral steroids or prohormones) also helps prevent muscle fatigue, those would be the main to reasons why i used to take it.

i dont take it because i'm on a ketogenic diet and the amino acid is a glucogenic amino acid.... so i'd rather just avoid it right now, and take in whole proteins. I just bought bulk powder from our board sponser Nutraplanet.com 14$ for a kilo.... lasts a while.
