I have a question about creatine. I "thought" I read somewhere that you shouldn't use creatine beyond your 30's. I'm not sure where I saw it but my neighbor is in his 40's and using it, I thought I would ask for him to make sure he doing the right thing.

Does anyone know of a age limitation and creatine?

Thanks

i have never heard that before....creatine is a naturally occuring substance that our body naturaly makes and needs. A lot of it comes from fish and stuff like that. As far as i know it is good for almost all ages.

I thought so too. But for some reason I also thought I read it, I'm just not sure where. Maybe it was on another supplement.

Age should have no relevance at all. Probably a myth.

In physics,
Power = Work / Time

Substitution dictates:
Knowledge = Work / Money

Solve for Money which = Success:
Money = Success = Work / Knowledge

Thus, success is determined by the amount of work you put in so long as you maintain a certain level of knowledge :)
