i have never bought creatine itself, i used No explode, Superpump 250, they had a little trace of creatine in them i dont know if it was enough, right now i have been off superpump 250 for 4 weeks. Id like to go and buy a creatine , what should i buy? i heard creatine monohydrate is good

Creatine ethyl esters are converted to creatinine at a greater chance of 25%, apposed to creatine monohydrate.

he was just saying that the amount of creatine in CEE converted to creatinine is greater then the amount of creatine in Creatine Mono that is converted to creatinine.

Right bra.

Creatinine becomes easily disposed by the body, thus making it useless and non-beneficial for a higher creatinINE conversion rate.
