I was just wondering if any of you have taken them and if they work effectively and if so which ones are better than others?

hoodia is an herbal appitite supressant. haven't used any though so i can't say if they work or not.

because for some reason after about 7 PM i tend to get craving and/or really hungry

I wouldn't advise appetite suppressants. Most of the time you'll end up with a thermogenic fat burner/stimulant, which you take during the day. Taking it near 7pm would keep you up all night.

my last meal is at about 6:30 or 7

how long from your last meal do u go to sleep?

If it's more than 2 1/2 hours or so you should at least take a shake to make sure ur staying anabolic

alright i can do that because i dont go to bed until about 11

Yeah, you should pretty much have a meal at like 9 or have a slow digesting shake at about 930 to 10 with a small amount of complex carbs.
