hoodia is an herbal appitite supressant. haven't used any though so i can't say if they work or not.

I wouldn't advise appetite suppressants. Most of the time you'll end up with a thermogenic fat burner/stimulant, which you take during the day. Taking it near 7pm would keep you up all night.

how long from your last meal do u go to sleep?

If it's more than 2 1/2 hours or so you should at least take a shake to make sure ur staying anabolic

Yeah, you should pretty much have a meal at like 9 or have a slow digesting shake at about 930 to 10 with a small amount of complex carbs.

some ppl have huge appetites...like me. sometimes i drink a shake and im hungry 30 mins later. hoodia helps me get used to the smaller meals when i'm starting to diet down. i have to time it right cause when i'm hungry, i'm hungry! those pills really work, but i take 3 instead of the recommended 2. get the sci fit brand. i've tried a couple and that brand works the best.
