180lbs, 6'

looking to start up a cycle and wondering some good advice on these products

i have lots of friends that took pheraplex back few ears ago in school and had very good success with it and not that im outta school and little older and working out for the past 8 months or so im starting to consider one of these.

ive read alot about pheraplex and seems to be alright?
ive also seen that it may cause hairloss or acne but i think ill be fine

ive also been taking WHEY gold stanard while working out and my diet is very good

ill take any information i can get on pheraplex, it is never 2 bad to have to much information about a product

If you've only been working out for 8 months I wouldn't take it. You have a ways to go before you start reaching your natural limits. Also you didnt say how old you are - if you are under 21 just forget it.

hard larbor jobs are NOT weight training..it is no where near the same..i dont care if you load 250lbs bags of concrete for 18 hours per day..you need at LEAST 3 years weight training first..you can make serious gains without the "quick fix"

eat alot.train.sleep.

Diesel is right, you do need to max out your naturul potential first before thinking about this stuff.

Pro-h's tend to have worse effects than gear so you need to do ur research overall.

Typically you should get a tuned in diet and training regimen and do that for about 5 years before even starting on pro-h's or gear

Sorry i got to this late but i agree with everyone here. Your way to small and havent hit your natural potential. Eat and grow. I could see if you were 210+lbs doing a cycle of something but these are really harsh pro-h's.
