Hey guys. has anyone ever tried the product from LG science called Cold Fusion EX. if so could you tell me how you liked it or if anyone knew someone that has taken it and if it worked for them. thanks

i got some free samples and the only thing i noticed was the beat alanine in it. no pump or energy just made my face itch.

Current pb on:
bench- 335lbs no help
squat- 465lbs to the floor
current weight is down to 212lbs at just under 10% bf

there are better pre workout supps out there. this particular one gave me the runs...it also did it with a couple of friends...
