Get your diet straight first bro.

Fat Burners and shit aren't going to be any good if you don't have a good diet.

Also, with a good diet you won't need it.

16? C'mon dude.

At this age, like me, your basal metabolic rate is higher than people of older age. Focus on your macro nutrient break down, and cardio before you touch fat burners. You should be able to lose weight without any supplementing.

As for your question? Yes it's safe. Is it needed? Definitely not.

If your diet is infact intact, and you're training, sleeping and performing cardio properly, there really isn't a need at this age bro.

I agree with KM here big time man. I from personal experience wouldnt suggest them for someone at such a young age. I was obese at the age of 20 close to 300 lbs and I dieted my ass off took no fat burners and got down to a great weight and then did my show. Didnt take any fat burners and was lean as anything. I screwed that up with my carb loading was done to early and i was water logged and flat and smooth. The key is clean diet with lots fresh foods and vegetables.

spot on mate and good effort with your achievement.

to your question animal cuts will help, but only if you perform alot of cardio and have a good diet, not a big help but a little. Otherwise no.
