k so... I'm on vertex pills right now.. funny thing is I have to keep it a secret from my family, and my brother, and his friends because if they find out. then they won't let me take them at all.. I'm not an aggressive person.. I'm not gonna fight my family and friends and stuff lol. Last time they found out I was on Octane (same as superpump 250, an NO2 type product).. my dad paid me for it.. and then told me to throw it out.. or give it to a friend...


the reason for this? they think that this stuff is f*@$ing up my natural development.

Vertex pills are for vascularity pumps and increase in mass. I just wanna know if these things are gonna stunt my growth? Not that I care anymore. I just turned 17 I dont think im growin much more lol. I'm wondering because I wanted to prove my brother and everyone else wrong because most of the people told me that this stuff won't negatively affect me. Unfortunately most of the sources were also the people selling it to me, or some of my friends who are on like 10000 supplements so I'm not sure whether I trust it entirely... Honestly it scares me that I'm starting to care less and less myself

but ya... not only am I talking about ..height wise growth.. but also things like shoulder length, arm length, etc.

If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it :)

If its vertex made by Performance Research your fine man... Not a thing in there will harm your development one bit.

You should be fine if you where over 16 when you took them, the over 18 warning is something to do with u.s.a law or so the guy from MS was saying, but you should be over 16.

If you're too overly concerned about them, you could always just not take them or wait two years and just get your diet tuned in properly.

yup i agree withe the dude above.. get on some vitamins for a while... if i could go back in time, id get super healthy before i started my supp. and most definatly get that diet in tune. im sure if u give it 100% naturally, when u start taking those supplaments, ull start to see big gains. good things come to those who wait.

ya thanks for all the help guys,
my diet is pretty tuned up already, it just consists of like.. fibre, protein, carbs, and low sugar. So like tons of fruits, lots of meat, enough whole wheat bread, eggs, etc.

But ya I think i'm just gonna keep using supplements, I think that pretty much I've proven they don't affect me negatively.

I actually mostly just find with the Vertex (which is by Performance Research) that it just helps in tearing the muscle better

to young and to small to be takeing sups like that, ill let u in on a trick meat and potatoes at every meal and ull be fine.

i suppose it just proves that the marketing crap really does work.

Obviously you want us to think your diet is in tune.You say it consist of fiber,protein carbs and low sugar.Well that could be any persons diet w/o being a diet all meals consist of that but then you say tons of fruit.Well Low sugar and tons of fruit dont go together man.
Seriously get the diet in check.But IMO the supps you mentioned wont bother you at all there is no bad stuff that will cause any neg effects on you.

Welp parents are supposed to be overprotective especially when they hear stuff in the news about roids and kids dying. But then again, they are not doctors, Its the stigma that a pill that could be a drug is perceived in the mind. Its like having soft serve ice cream in the shape of a penis. Its still ice cream but in the back of your mind you will be saying to yourself, Im eating dick.

Ya.. I know what u mean because fruits and stuff have natural sugars, but believe me when I say.. like.. I literally don't eat chips.. don't drink pop... minimal alcohol intake.. I don't take anything like unnatural.. hell, I even stopped eating T.v. dinners(except once in a while when I have to) .. Drink at least a gallon of water a day.. I take vitamin pills in the mornings and eat lots of meat and potatoes (high protein, mostly lean meats as well, veggies..etc.) of course :P

I'm not saying I know everything, obviously I don't and thats why I'm here, but anything to do with diet that I've heard on here is stuff I've heard already from other places, so I mean.. I combine everything I've heard.

And ya.. the marketing probably has worked cuz i mainly got the vertex cuz it said that someone gained like 14 pounds of muscle.. ( an ad in a magazine) and so far ive gained a total of like.. 5 or 6.. which is good.. but ya im almost done the whole bottle and theres no way of telling if thats ALL muscle mass (obviously it isn't lol.. although it feels like it)

I really don't know, what I've been doing so far has been working, just wanted to ask to see if anyone gave me some sort of an answer actually telling me this shit was in fact bad for me, which it obviously isnt.

I'm trying to become like bodybuilder size, I work out 5-6 days a week.. 45 minutes to an hour and now ive got my workout routine all set up so I don't take any breaks except maybe 30-60 seconds between sets. This is working for me so far but I'm looking for anything to speed up the process, and I'm willing to spend money on this because I work and the only thing I have to save up for is my car, protein, supplements, and thats pretty much it.

Anyways thanks for everything, I'm gonna take an off cycle of the Vertex once I'm done it and go au naturel, but I'm also starting to do more cardio... then I may or may not start up HGH (GHR1000, all natural, if anyone knows anything about it and can tell me more it would help lol) for just before summer time.... debating that one right now...
I'll post more when I'm not feeling so lazy...
