protien and creatine mixed together..
buy some wpi/wpc protien. buy some mono creatine.
it depends how much you want to spend. imo cheap protien is shit.. expensive high marketing scheme protien is shit. good protien dymatize, optimum nutrition, bio nutrics mate the list goes on. go to the shops and look its all about trail and error. what i might like someone else might dislike. depends on what works for you.

Just make sure that the Whey is Isolate even if it's not the ON brand.
